"This is the first negative experience I’ve ever had at this location. The ladies are always lovely, very talkative, and sweet. Today I was serviced by the only male nail tech (that I’m aware of) and he barely said a word to me. To start, he cut me multiple times using an electric file, and the only words he spoke to me consisted of “you need your eyebrows waxed really badly”, and “is that a birth mark?”, after aggressively attempting to wipe off my mole. My nails look fine but he was so extremely rude and as a teenage girl those two exchanges really hurt my feelings and self-image..especially coming from a middle aged man."
