"From the moment my puppy and I walked in we were welcomed. After checking in, we were immediately shown to an exam room and triaged. Healthy treats were brought out to help put Luca at ease. The MA sat on the floor with Luca and rested her computer comfortably so she could interact with my very active Toy Poodle on his level. Dr. Katie did the same as she entered the room and sat where Luca could sniff and get to know here. Her exam was not only thorough but she talked to me about possible disorders this breed is prone to and what to watch for. My questions were anticipated and fully answered in terms I could fully understand. My puppy did not have any qualms about being there and we were invited back when in the neighborhood for a treat — which helps to teach him this is a safe place. Very pleased with the vet, the staff, the cleanliness and easy to clean furnishings. Best vet office in total I’ve ever used. Highest grades all around!!"
