"I had my cat there this evening and I won't go back. My cat has had long-term behavior problems. The doctor that was there this evening couldn't even be bothered to come in and talk to me he/she sent the tech in to relay information. They were only interested in money and not my cat. Total lack of compassion and sensitivity. I will never refer anyone to them again."

"I called to try and make an appointment for my cat as I’m new to the area and he’s been feeling unwell for a few days. For absolutely no reason, the woman on the phone was so rude to me and belittled me for letting my cat outside (he has always been indoor and outdoor) and proceeded to be extremely rude due to the fact I’d have to work around my 4pm-12am work schedule and my fiancés 7am- 3:30 pm schedule. She had such a gross tone and didn’t take the time to work with me patiently at all. I eventually was so sick of the attitude I was like never mind you’re very rude I don’t want to speak with you and I hung up. Sorry we just moved and started new jobs that we can’t call out from with such a short notice and for letting my cat roam outdoors the way he is meant to???? What is up with that"
