"The Lady who serves in the Easton store was rude as hell first she sent us the wrong delivery and when we asked about her mistake she began to shout at us and never apologised. This thing keeps on going for 10 days. I just wanted to warn you all not to go to the Easton store, first, she will be hella good to you and the moment you are done with the payment she gonna shout at you if something wrong happens on her end."

"Nice furniture bad management. I received my furniture when the guys put out their garbage they broke a light in my walk way (which weren’t cheap). I called the store and the store manager which is a waste of space in that place she is unprofessional and rude asked me if I had video of them breaking it. I didn’t know I needed to record her employees when they are delivering furniture. I was simply making her aware of the situation I was not expecting anything else she made me feel like a burden for even calling about this. This isn’t how customers should feel. I wish it wasn’t too late to not buy anything from them just because of her and her attitude. Oh and they dont take the boxes or any garbage that has to do with the furniture."
"Bought a couch from this establishment a little less than two years ago. Let’s just say the couch I bought is starting to peel. This is even after following proper care instructions provided by the manufacturer. Although my one year manufacturer warranty is up. I wanted to buy a replacement part. Well let’s just say they don’t provide replacements parts!! Also the manufacturer themselves don’t sell replacement parts. Total rip off and low quality furniture. Twos years is crazy for this to happen and not being able to provide parts for purchase!"
