"What a joke of a place if I could rate it lower I would they are terrible their furniture is billshit and over priced they don’t even have an answering machine to leave a voice mail!!!! This place is run by scam artist they have terrible customer service and quite frankly this shot isn’t made like their pieces in their store!! Beware of this place DO MOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!"

"We've purchased multiple items from here (sofa table, bedroom set, coat rack and currently waiting on a dining room set) and have always been extremely happy with the quality of furniture as well as the service. We did receive the wrong headboard with our set and they allowed us to keep it while the correct one was being made. After living with the "wrong" one we fell in love with it and were able to keep it. We have also price compared with other local companies that carry hand made furniture and found Milford's prices significantly lower. Is it unusual to be located in a mall, maybe. Are hours a little different then big box, chain stores, yep. But if you let that dissuade you, you are missing out!"
"Located in a shopping mall and closes at 6pm, 3 hours before the mall closes. In my opinion this is poor business practice especially during peak holiday season. I'll never know how the furniture really is because they forced me to shop at Raymour and Flanagan."
