"Everything is fine with my dogs’ care. They seem completely happy. It’s is very frustrating however, that no one ever picks up the phone. Trying to make a reservation online can be very time consuming when the dates are not correct and no way to edit. Emails get kicked back and no one answers the phone. They can figure out how to better serve their customers."
"Our three dogs love going out to stay. They jump into the van that drives them to the facility. We pick them up and they are clean and happy. We have been using this kennel for many many years and all three dogs love to go there. The staff is smart ,kind and knowledgeable. Our favorite place to house them when we travel."
