"Mike Allan was extremely responsive to our emergency furnace problem. Today in response to our service call, he assessed the issue very quickly and determined a solution that he then quickly obtained and implemented. This enabled restoration of heat in our home which was very welcomed!! Mike also responded to a service call last week for our furnace and through his temporary fix we were able to have heat for a week while awaiting installation of the new furnace Mike sold us. Mike Allan is an excellent technician and United air temp should be very grateful for his outstanding customer let service."
"The emergency services representative was courteous and promptly responded and scheduled an emergency visit to assess the reason why my heating system was not working. Within 30 minutes, Jason Ordonez arrived and within 30 minutes he diagnosed and fixed the heating system. He was very professional and his prompt service was exceptional. United Air Temp’s outstanding service convinced me that you are the company that I need to service my home heating and AC system. I cancelled my contract with CroppMetcalfe who responded that I needed to wait until 6:00 am the next day to schedule an emergency appointment. Jason explained the United Air Temp Service Agreement and I now have a Full Service Agreement with United Air Temp.
