"Would be higher, Dr. Nesbit is fantastic, but unfortunately the front desk staff and the vets are not all on one accord. A simple, "we will have the vet call you back" turns into no callback. Then things discussed with the vet doesnt trickle down to the front desk staff so there is misinformation/surprises at dropoff. Lastly finding a solution to a chronic throwing up problem has taken months to figure out. We came to this vet from huffard animal hospital for easier scheduling but the back and forth with the temporary fixes to his health problems has done nothing but run the bills up instead of helping our cat long-term."

"Dr. Nesbitt and all her staff are wonderful to work with. We have adopted 2 feral kittens over the last year, so they are scared at the vet. Everyone there worked carefully and lovingly with them."

"I have multiple cats. I normally would take them to animal hospital closer to my house. Unfortunately one of my cats had a lot of bad experiences there. Scratching jumping off the walls. Uncontrollable fear. I decided to change hospitals due to this reason. Yes the drive is longer. But it was the best decision for my cat. I rescued him from the streets. He is very terrified of humans. The staff is so gentle him which allows him to become calm and easy to handle. If you have a feral cat or very difficult to handle. This place to go. I highly recommended."

"I've been coming to Catonsville Cat Clinic since I moved to the area about 7 years ago. I did take my cats to Banfield for about a year but the service wasn't nearly as good, so we came back. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and it has been almost all of the same staff since I started coming. I've never felt like I've gotten any wrong information or like they've recommended something that the cats didn't need. They've fit me in quickly when I felt like I had an emergency and I love that they specialize in cats. I always feel like my cats actually matter to them and I know they're in good hands when we come here."

"Oh my goodness! If you were even considering making an appointment here, don’t hesitate! A feral cat adopted us 14 years ago and we provide him with food/water/shelter + basic healthcare at our local vet. We decided to try Catonsville Cat Clinic when I couldn’t get an appointment locally. It is absolutely worth the drive and we have transferred all of his records over to Catonsville. The receptionist is nice and efficient, another tech whose name I didn’t catch was welcoming + helpful, Dr Nesbitt is friendly, smart, & professional. Danielle is a ROCKSTAR!!!! She held and calmed my cat while Dr Nesbitt examined him, gave him his rabies shot, and shaved off some matted fur with electric clippers. I *never* thought he would tolerate the clippers. Danielle expertly held him so she + Dr Nesbitt didn’t get scratched or bitten and he actually looked calm. He didn’t meow or squirm or hiss or struggle or anything. Danielle is exceptional!!!!
