"At Wiken Ave CVS store, The guy wearing white coat with black cap on his head, wearing glasses never respect the customers, never explain to wait , even he puts the wrong information on the system to find the customers’ insurance data, never say sorry . He asked me to call my insurance and let them to call him. When my insurance called him, he didn’t immediately pick up . When he found that he put the wrong info at the first time, he didn’t say sorry to me. He is a bad guy I ever seen at CVS pharmacy. I go so many locations, I never meet a bad service guy like him in any cvs stores."
