"The food was delicious. We had spare ribs that fell of the bone and melted in our mouths. The white rice and gandules were very tasty accompanied with sweet fried plantains. The buffet style server was very friendly. For that I give them 5 stars across the board."
"Ordered through doordash and did not recieve my food. When I called the restaurant a young lady picked up and told to call Doordash because that was not her problem. Today is Nov. 30th 2023 around 9:45PM. A business can not afford to talk like that to a client these days. It does not matter how good your food is, there is always another choice. This could have been resolved easily by just directing me to call doordash without the "not my problem" comment. I will never visit the restaurant again because of poor customer service. It is the second time my order is mixed up and I let it pass because they were not nasty about it. Not this time. There are plenty of Spanish restaurant with better parking in Middletown. Thank you."
