"Incredibly friendly customer service. My Apple Pay was not working and I was waiting on my new cards so didn’t have the physical cards with yet. The system was not accepting the new virtual card and after trying everything, the manager came out, paid for my gas ⛽️ purchase and the cashier said “Happy Thanksgiving.” This was incredibly kind of them and restored my faith in humanity. Thank you for the patience and kind gesture it—from a frustrating situation for me to giving me a generous solution."
"RachelHad an issue with online ordering to be picked up at our Flemington, NJ Wawa. Couldn’t order catering bc it didn’t accept my card and when I tried ordering through the regular online order for the next day it only gave me an option to pick up between 12am and 12:50am. Called and spoke with the manager who took my order over the phone and assured me it would be taken care of. All I needed to do was go in to pay. Got there the today at 7:30 for a 7am pickup and they had my order ready for me. The entire staff was super helpful, from Rachel the night manager taking my order over the phone Saturday last night to Jiouanna the morning manager charging me Sunday morning and the staff having my order together. The transaction went easy peasy smoothie…thank you SO MUCH TO YOU ALL FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK! This order is for the less fortunate so you all are helping as well. Blessings and blessings on you all! Would have taken a picture but we prefer to be less “social media” about these things. All in all thank you all!"
