Top Pot & Korean BBQ

"This was our first time here, also our first time every trying hotpot before, and let me tell you it was absolutely delicious!!! The food was absolutely amazing, everything was super fresh, so many choices of food to choose from, and the buffet bar had all kinds of dips and sauces as well as other hot food to accompany the food you were ordering at your table! The server was soooo nice, we explained to him this was our first time ever eating hot pot and Korean bbq and he stayed at our table and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us and made it so much easier for us to understand, because it can be overwhelming if you have never been to a hotpot before lol Overall I must say this has been one of the best places I've eaten in a very long time and I cant wait to come back! Keep up the great work and great customer service!!"

"Definitely the place to go in this freezing weather! BF and I went here last night for dinner and the selection was amazing! Highly recommend the rib broth, it basically goes with everything, Go for their brisket, the beef tongue and pig cheek for the bbq! My first time experiencing quail egg and even that was the best egg I ever had despite it's size! Will go here again!"

"I was ecstatic to discover that Top Pot had opened a new location nearby, especially since it's my favorite! The added convenience was amazing. To my surprise, we were seated earlier than anticipated. Our waitress provided a detailed yet engaging explanation of the broths and how everything worked, which was especially helpful for my cousin, a first-timer. She consistently checked in to ensure we were enjoying our experience. The atmosphere was delightfully cozy, and as for the food? Simply delicious. Next visit, I'll definitely save room for their desserts—they're a must try, according to all the glowing reviews!"

"The food quality is solidly above average, and the convenience of ample parking within the plaza is a definite plus. They have birthday deal – if you celebrate your special day with a group of four or more, the birthday person gets to enjoy a free meal. For large groups, I recommend making reservation; especially if you have a party of 6 or more. They do offers appetizers, such as French fries, fried chicken, fried rice, noodles, Tteokbokki, etc, However, the dessert options were somewhat limited, which left me slightly disappointed. The staff was accommodating an the service was prompt. Overall, it’s a worthwhile spot for hot pot enthusiasts."

"Been craving Korean BBQ and hot pot for awhile now since I haven’t been in years. Happen to be browsing FB and saw a link to an article for the top hot pot restaurants in NJ, and this place made the list. Decided to check it out on my own for lunch and try to hot pot and BBQ combo. My server Jason (DJ) was great. He took the time to explain how it all worked. Ordering was a little overwhelming because I wasn’t sure of the portion sizes, and I didn’t want to order too much, but Jason offered suggestions and assured me I had ordered a good serving, and could always order more later. When the food came, I put the meats on the grill, but he took the time to actually monitor the slices so they don’t overcook and prepared them for my plate. While he probably had the time to do this since it’s a little quieter during lunch, I suspect all the servers do this no matter the time of day to ensure all guests enjoy their food. Looking forward to going back with friends."
