Red Lobster

"The wait was ridiculously long!!! The server took about 15 minutes to come by and introduce herself and take our drink order after she walked by us about 5 times. Took another 15 minutes for biscuits to come out. Then I ordered Endless Shrimp and it took about 45 minutes for the first batch of food to come out. My fries were EXTREMELY salty then the waitress reordered for me and it took a whole hour for those to come out! I paid for endless shrimp when I didn’t even get endless bc everything took WAAAAAY too long and I couldn’t keep waiting sitting with my toddler!!! I’ve had issues with the Delran location before and wanted to give them another chance but I won’t be anymore. I’m done."

"All the fried choices in the Admiral’s Feast were overly dry, even making them difficult to chew and taste. Mashed potatoes were dry. Cheese not melted on my undercooked loaded baked potato. Mac and cheese was the only good thing. Besides, of course, the delicious and inimitable cheese biscuits. Sides were mixed up on our plates. Value for portions and price was out of whack, not in a good way. All mistakes were made in the kitchen, table service was really good despite all this."

"Be prepared to wait hour or more just for food.I waited almost 20 minutes just for drinks! This is unacceptable, Only eating bread. Being the last time I will visit a Red Lobster. Didn’t even take the food, sent it back with everything else. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing good service. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity just to be seated, and once I was finally seated, the service didn't improve. The servers were completely inattentive, forgetting to refill my drink and neglecting to check on my table regularly. I felt completely ignored and undervalued as a customer. The bad service at Red Lobster really ruined my dining experience and left me with no choice but to write a bad review. I could not stand it."

"I haven’t been to a red lobster in probably 20 years if not longer and I was very pleasantly surprised. I tried their endless breaded shrimp, and they were good. The biscuits were phenomenal and the staff was awesome. I have to say there’s an employee here named Shawn who’s a hard working fast young man!"

"Went to dinner on the Sunday a week before Christmas and surprisingly the food and service were awesome. Our server (Ted I believe his name was) was attentive and friendly our food was fresh, hot and tasty. I said surprisingly because most restaurants have a decline in quality food around the holidays in my experience but that was not the case at all. I have gotten take out from here over the past couple years and have never been disappointed. We were greeted and seated right away and the food didn’t take long at all. I recommend the shrimp skewers meal and the salmon and shrimp meal. Definitely worth it at this location."
