"I'm glad there is another place close by and they do a good job of keeping the place clean. Some days the food is better than other days. One change I think they need to make is to be better prepared for lunch crowds. They do not drop enough food beforehand and you wind up with a lot of people waiting for fries etc before the staff can complete their orders. It seems like they are dropping almost every order in the fryer as it's being rung up. This causes the food quality to suffer. The food becomes greasy because the oil temp falls too quickly from overloading the fryers and allows the oil to soak into the fries and breading on the chicken excessively. Overall the staff is friendly and the food can be really good at times."

"Best Popeyes I've ever been to in my life my order has Never been wrong the food is always pipping hot. Idk if this is a corporate owned location but this place runs like a top. Time will only tell if it's gonna stay that way but I will never go-to another Popeyes as long as this place is here."

"This is by far the best Popeyes I’ve been to no exaggeration! The food is always fresh and hot. Some of the employees are very nice! The store Manager though which is the younger black guy here is very rude and comes off very strongly I’ve been here a number of times now and he is very unapproachable, doesn’t speak to customers and seems to want to rush your order when he is taking orders at the register, I’ve also witnessed him being rude to his staff in from of customers which is really sad because everyone seems to be very nice."

"I’ll start by saying we love Popeyes, we go at least once every 2 weeks. We ordered our food got all the way home and realized they messed up the wings. We ordered plain and they gave us the sweet and spicy. I called up there and told them. The woman on the phone said to come back up and she would exchange them. I then told her it was late at night and I would not be driving 20 minutes back for new food. She told me that that was OK and to bring my receipt next time I came in so when I came back three days later, a different manager gave me a super hard time And questioned me head to toe if I ate the wings or not. I continued to let him know that I could not consume them, I do not like sugar/sweet anything. He pretty much told me I was beat and offered me an apple pie after I repeatedly told him I do not eat sweets. Just bad customer service, they should have just said no on the phone instead of telling me to come back up with the recipe."
