"While placing my order, the server provided an unusually small portion, barely a full scoop, despite my request for correction. However, she proceeded without addressing the issue, mumbling in Spanish. When I approached another server to rectify the situation, she engaged in conversation with fellow employees in Spanish, advising him to accommodate my request, but now charge me for three scoops. The switch to Spanish for discussion about me was both unpleasant and unprofessional. Despite my ability to understand the language to some extent, charging me for an additional portion not received felt like a form of theft. Furthermore, the ongoing discussion about me in Spanish was not in line with the professional standards I expect from Chipotle."
"This location is infuriating. After many frustrating orders I’m finally leaving a review. My order is NEVER correct when I order ahead. The attitude of the staff is horrible. I feel like take out doesn’t have the support they need and are always waiting on refills but that’s not the customers fault. I sat there 25 minutes today past my pickup time, got an attitude when handed my order- got home and my bowl is missing the fajita veggies. Horrible. I wish Pancheros was closer."
"This review is for our recent catering experience. We hosted my son’s first birthday party and wanted food that would be easy and stress free… no cooking required. We ordered the triple protein catering package and it exceeded all expectations. It was ready at the time specified, the food was packaged securely, there were tons of serving utensils and it made the experience really easy. A staff member even walked the order right to my car. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was blown away by the catering quality and value. It was great to enjoy the party and not worry about cooking, and cleanup was a breeze.. popped the kids right on the containers and leftovers in fridge. Thanks, Cinnaminson chipotle team!"
