30 Burgers Hackettstown

"My family loves the burgers here. So taste wise, it's a 5star. But tonight, I was treated rudely by one of their servers. I came to pick up an order that my son placed online. After I had left, my son calls me and told me that I was given the wrong order. So I had to turn around and return the order they gave me and pick up the correct one. The guy at the counter told me that I took the wrong bag. I told him he gave me the wrong bag. Instead of acknowledging and apologizing for his mistake he actually blamed me for taking the wrong bag which he handed to me. I don't care if this is the best burger joint around town. I will never go back to this place unless management apologizes for their employee's rudeness. I am all for customer service. Train your servers properly or they should not be in the food service environment."

"I've been wanting to try 30 Burgers for some time, and tonight I finally had the opportunity. The counter staff were super friendly and my order was ready in less than 10 minutes. I had the Six Alarms burger, which was perfectly cooked, constructed and presented. It was a very good burger. It didn't have quite enough spice punch for my taste, but the patties, bun and toppings were first rate and I think if I had, say a bacon cheeseburger next time it would probably be a 5-star burger. To go with I ordered fries and onion rings. Both portions were huge and perfectly cooked. I would have preferred if the fries were fresh cut at this price point, but they were very tasty. I enjoyed 30 Burgers, but overall the question is whether I would go there over Five Guys, which is about the same distance away, and with which 30 Burgers competes directly in almost every way. It's a close call, and I think I'll need a few more visits to each to make up my mind."

"Ordered 2 shroom burgers, sweet potato fries, and a strawberry shake and everything was AMAZING! Staff is super nice and the inside was very clean. My only suggestion- hang up some stuff on the walls! This is a great stop for burgers."

"Good burgers. Large portions and very filling for the price. This place caught me off guard when I walked in. Not much more than a few tables and chairs and a counter but the food is pretty good for the price and the portion. I tried the Bacon Royal Burger and the original crispy chicken sandwich. Crispy chicken sandwich was not the juiciest but crispy and large , burger was large and flavorful. Bacon was crispy on the burger. Fresh buns. Patty was well over cooked for my liking but Fries were large and crispy and seasoned well. Definitely a good choice for a quick burger or chicken sandwich in the area. Variety of burger options and chicken options , hotdogs , fries etc… general grille fair and shakes. Nothing too extravagant or out of the box. I wasn’t blown away but they have some solid burger choices. I’d like to also note that the crispy chicken sandwich in the photos was not bitten, it was served to me like that."

"Everything was good but kind of bland on the seasoning as far as the burgers go.The fries were seasoned good but the fried Oreos were just sitting in chocolate sauce and there was no powered sugar or anything else on them."
