"Staff (including the manager) argues and yells at each other (does not feel safe) and customers plus the wait is long 1 hour + even with online order. We canceled our order and went to five guys next store. They are much nicer and fast!"

"I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant, and it was an absolute disaster. The food was not just bad; it was beyond terrible. It was evident that they were serving rotten, expired ingredients. The taste and smell were revolting, and it left me feeling sick. To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal. The manager was unbelievably rude and dismissive when I raised concerns about the food. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to argue and belittle me. It was a truly unpleasant and unacceptable dining experience. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs."

"I would not recommend going to this location at all. The workers are extremely slow first off. We waited over a half hour for them to make (2) 6 piece wing combos. When we got into the car we realized our fries weren’t even in the bag! When we went back in and said they didn’t put our fries in the bag, it turns out they never even made them! So we had to wait another 10 minutes for our fries. The lady making our food asked what kind of sauces we got and I told her one ranch and one blue cheese, but her coworker told her they were already in the bag. It turns out they didn’t even give us our sauces! We didn’t want to go back in a 3rd time so we just left and we won’t be returning."

"$8.99 chicken sandwich with my favorite sauce, garlic parmesan.... I'm not sure where to start... one other person was in front of me that wasn't sitting at a table. I place my order at 12:59 pm, they serve 3 in house and 2 uber eats before I get my meal. How long did it take? 29 minutes. 29 minutes for greasy oil soaked fries, and they apparently forgot the garlic on the chicken. There were three guys working that I could see. My order taker checked off a bunch of boxes for reasonable suspicion training for being absolutely stoned off his rear. I've got no issue if you can work like that, but this guy couldn't. No personality, no greeting, nothing, McDonald's/ Wendy's people are more alert. I'll give them that the chicken was cooked well and the roll was buttery. However, shaking parmesan on buttery chicken doesn't count as a sauce. $9 is a great price for a meal, but when fast food tastes better and comes out faster, you've got a serious problem. I never waste food, and I couldn't finish the fries. Ever bite into something, and go oh boy, that's going to mess with my stomach? They were as crunchy as a baked potato. I guess that's a first and last time for me."
