"My latest visit to Hillside was for cats being ill. Dr. Ben and Dr. Tom took good care of us as usual. I like the fact that they keep things simple to keep the costs down, however, if you have a more complicated case, they are very knowledgeable and will stick with it until it is solved. The vet techs are always very friendly and the front office staff was more engaging and warm towards me on this visit than in the past."
"Vets and vet techs are great- very caring, understanding, knowledgeable. It’s the front office/waiting room staff (particularly one older woman) that are a bit unbearable… Give incorrect information, rude tones of voice, and I’ve even been hung up on when trying to get help on an urgent/emergency visit. I would do better at their job if given the chance."
"Hillside Animal Hospital is the most wonderful Vet practice we have ever used. Our 4 month old lab puppy, Floyd is our 5th lab retriever we've taken to Hillside over the many years. There are times we have had to take our dogs closer to home, and we just see a complete difference. Dr. Ben is always patient, knowledgeable and professional with all of our many questions (especially since it's been 14 years since we had a puppy). We never feel rushed, confused, (or pressed upon to add services as I see in October's review). This is simply not the case with Hillside. Their staff is pleasant, efficient, extremely caring, while also being knowledgeable & professional. I've never met anyone at Hillside that gave us less than excellent & exemplary customer service. I've posted the same review on Yelp. I recommend Hillside to any animal lover!"
