"I understand they are understaffed but I would say that is due to the attitude of the current employees chasing away any new hires. Took over an hour to order, pay and receive food though no one waiting before us and drive thru empty. At lunch time in the city that should have been first red flag. Drink machine not working at all and staff unwilling to fill cups from behind the counter so no drinks with our meal just cups of ice. Then even the simplest of orders gets messed up, bacon missing on burger that comes with it, plain burger got onions and pickles and no cheese on my cheese whopper. All was rang in correctly and showed so on my receipt. Individual making orders completely incompetent or unable to read basic English on top of taking 5 minutes per sandwich. Front attendant too busy talking about a coworkers personal life and how she can't be at work because her mother and children where in a really bad accident but they felt that didn't warrant her calling off. I will never return to this BK and better off just shutting it down. Oh ya can't forget pest control showed up while waiting for my food."

"I wrote a bad review about this burger king a couple of years ago and decided to delete it. I have completely changed my opinion since going back. I guess they got new management because the wait isn't as long and the food is always 100% and delicious. I'm super happy with the improvements and hope they keep up the good work!"

"I think this Burger King is under new management. I came here a few months ago and the service was slow, the food was cold and the workers always seemed preoccupied. Today, my burger was hot, the server was polite and I was in and out in about 2 minutes. I hope things continue to improve at this location because I love Whoppers and don't want to drive out of my way to get one."
