Wendy's

"Over the past year or two the quality here became nonexistent. They close early to smoke, mess up your order , don’t have the most simple items (soda,straws, a working register). My first job was at Wendy’s so I understand how difficult customer service can be, however to be as lazy, unmotivated, rude and disorganized as their current staff and management is completely unacceptable. Any other restaurant or even Wendy’s chain would fire half of the staff considering they close early and have not the slightest idea of professionalism !"

"This experience was extremely disappointing. The food was cold, they didn’t give me the sauces i payed extra for, and there was no straws, and the chili cheese fries i ordered came with only one singular piece of shredded cheese and nothing else."

"Good food.....slow service. I ordered a sausage biscuit but the biscuits weren't ready. The cashier never told me that I was going to have to wait for fresh biscuits. I had to leave with no breakfast."

"The drive thru service at the West Deptford Crown Pt Rd Wendy's is absolutely horrible and has been for over a year now. They always have one worker take the order and also accept the payments and give food to customers. If they would use both windows and let someone else just accept payments things would move quicker. They never do it tho and it's an average of 15 mins or so to go thru the drive thru and if there are a bunch of cars I j"

"This has to be the most God-awful Wendy’s in all of South Jersey! The people working here seem like they don’t give a damn about anything and they sure don’t care about the poor quality of their food and absolutely terrible customer service. What is up with all the employees here that seem like all they do every day is stand outside and smoke? Half of these folks don’t follow food prep, safety standards, nor do they seem to practice any sort of self hygiene. Maybe the health department needs to get involved with this place because the food is always served very sloppy and cold and that cannot be safe or even sanitary to eat. I mean I’ve seen a dude here literally touch food with his bare hands which is totally disgusting ! It’s bad enough I complained about this restaurant asked for a refund and got ignored for an entire month only to be forced to talk to a general manager who flat out told me they had seen my complaint before, but did nothing about it."
