"If you are going to sell pellet stoves you need to have someone local to fix them. I bought mine in 2016 and they have changed the model now, so I can't get the rope that goes around the little window and the guy told me he isn't allowed to put it in anyway. Divorced, live alone and you can get no help where you purchase things"

"We got 4 baby chickens from here. We live out of town and come down only once a month. We purposely waited to go here over tractor supply. Chickens are so much healthier, cleaner, and just taken care of. The man who helped was super patient with my kids and very polite. In my experience, all the staff seem to be well mannered professional employees who are happy to help"
