McDonald's 5857 Easton Road, Plumsteadville, PA 18947

"I live 5 minutes from this place. It’s just about brand new, yet absolutely awful. You’re placed in a parking spot even when there’s nobody in line, it seems not a single worker there speaks english, and i can’t tell you a single time i went and there wasn’t something missing from the bag after. And why am i being told to park in the reserved spot when all I ordered was a large fry and a drink? I haven’t gone there a single time where I wasn’t told to park in the spot… And there also wasn’t a single time there were other cars in the drive thru. I actually recall being there with 2 others that were there before me. They were already in the spots when I got there, and then I was told to join them. It seems they think people will assume the food is “fresh” if they have to park in the special spot. I get a coke from Mcdonald’s, love fountain soda, and more times than not, it’s been over-carbonated as if they’re out of syrup or refuse to fix it. This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I can’t tell you how stupid it felt having 2 other cars sitting next to me waiting for food, with nobody else there… We all got our food at just about the same time, 3 employees walked out with drinks and bags in hand. It was like a comedy movie scene how stupid this was. This place is awful. Taco Bell and Chick Fil A are 30+ minutes away in every direction and it’s depressing."

"Something is always missing from my order. Big Mac barely had lettuce or Mac sauce lol it’s so disappointing that they can never get anything right. Save yourself the trouble and go to another establishment or dine in so they can fix it right then and there."

"We have to go back in every time we order here. My kids won’t even eat it sometimes. It’s just cold and missing things. Cold fries and nuggets. They will fix it but it’s a pain. The other one down on Main is way better. Worth the drive even tho we live in Plumstead."

"I've been around the country, and what a shame to say that this is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food, service and wait times are all terrible. And it's not the workers fault (many of whom can barely speak English.) Where is management in all this? The place is a disgrace, and if they don't do something to improve it soon, I'm going to contact someone in upper management."

"I order from this particular McDonald’s through the Uber eats app. I can not count how many times the mess up my order. From giving me items I did not order in replace of what I did order, to not putting everything on the cheeseburger, to even giving me over cooked hard a rock nuggets and ice cold rubbery fries. One time I ordered 2 hot fudge sundae with my order. I told my Uber eats driver to make sure they were in the bag because I had plenty of times before where they did not give me the Sundays when I ordered them. my Uber eats driver made the employee in the drive-through open the bag only to find out that my Sundaes were not in there.needless to say my Uber ears driver made sure they put them in there for me. If you want messed up orders constantly, go to this particular McDonald’s"
