"Food was not good. We got there at 11 when they opened and the tables were dirty. Fingernails on the table. We ordered our food and they didn't bring everything out. I told them we were missing food and they said that they were out. Rather than them telling us when we ordered that they were out, they decided to wait until they brought some of the food out that we ordered. I do not recommend this place. They didn't even have milk shakes."

"My daughter always looks forward to eating here because of childhood memories. The food is good, but plan on waiting for your order for a bit. It always got a lot of people eating here. The main downside is that their bathroom is for employees only. In a restaurant that I'm eating at this is just wrong. I'm good enough to eat at your restaurant but not if I have to use the restroom."

"Not the normal JR. Very small. They say it's an express store. It's more like a kitchen on one side, walled in, and odd metal chairs along the window hallway side. Holds about 20 people, so they added an extra dining area outside the building to get 40 more seats. Literally had to leave the store into pouring rain, to get into the dining area, but they did bring us the food! Napkins were wet, too! Expect outlet type eating at this parking lot full of stores. No indoor food court like in a real shopping mall. There are 4 food trucks permanently parked too. 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 vanilla shakes $41.00 ouch! Teen cashier was hanging his hairy uncovered head down on the cash register like he had a hangover."

"The first few times times I came here, they had gluten-free buns and vegan cheese. But when I returned today, unfortunately they no longer served any of them. Please bring those back. So I asked to speak to the manager, he said he had no idea why that was. Just go to the Red Robin that’s 10 minutes down the road from there if you could only eat gluten and dairy free."
