"Scheduled an appointment with Steph Y because he advertises fades are his specialty. Asked for simple buzzcut and skin fade with a beard trim which seemed to be too much of a task for him. The hair on top was left jagged, the fade was uneven, and he did nothing for the shape of the beard. It felt as though he was cutting hair for the first time. I can’t speak for the other barbers, but I cannot recommend Steph after this experience."
"Been to this place nearly 8-10 times now, booked the same guy the last 3-4 times. Every single time, he managed to do 90% of everything right, until now. I show him a VIDEO of my hair after my last cut and all i wanted changed was a fade all the way around. He did so, however, when i said i wanted my hair even with the bottom of the eyebrow while dry, he proceeded to wet it after cutting the sides (which is no problem if he had cut lower) and cut right ABOVE THE EYEBROW. For someone with straight hair wetting, it makes it longer, so him cutting ABOVE my eyebrow when it’s longer than it is when dry makes it DOUBLE SHORT, and he proceeded to match this length throughout the top, destroying the volume of my hair. So now i’m screwed for my event, and i paid $32 just to put my hat back on and look no different from yesterday. Thanks rob"
"Keep it moving, this place has the WORST receptionist ever. I actually made a curtosy call about my son's appointment & STILL it got screwed up on their end. Today is my last day to EVER come here again. Not to mention they're always 25 min.Behind schedule."

"This location is mediocre. The barbers don’t listen to directions for haircuts (even when give picture examples of exactly what you want). I went here for my first couple of cuts in the area but I won’t be come back. I was explaining to my guy to take the sides up further on my head, and he just wouldn’t do it. Then he did a real rough job fading my side into the top of my head too, I ended up going to another barber to fix it up after I dropped $40 at Floyd’s. Spend your money elsewhere"
