"NEVER AGAIN! Horrible customer service. I came in as a walk-in and asked about getting my son a cut. The first barber said he would have someone give him a cut. Two guys came out the back and acted like neither wanted to cut his hair. The guy that did cut his hair rolled his eyes like a girl when I explained that is not what I asked for. Don't go!"
"I have got a squirmy kid. We were once told at another shop in town we couldn’t get his hair cut because he did not sit still. So we had to walk out with nothing. Since then we have been to a few places trying to find which barber shop is the best fit for us. This one is it! Been going for over a year now. Shout out to Shaq for his patience. "If you aren’t getting one of the older barbers then you’re getting a cut you didn’t ask for. I’ve been going there for years and recently I actually started caring for my hair. I’ve been growing it out for over a year now and this dude who didn’t even have a good haircut himself cut off about 2 inches of hair after I asked for a TRIM. If it was one of the old heads or one of the ladies, they would’ve done it right. The Crain Hwy location has only given me a cut I liked about half the times I’ve gone there. I just can’t trust this barber shop with my hair anymore, especially with what they’re charging. If I wanted to test my luck to see how much money I could spend to ruin my day, I’d go to a casino, not risk the hair I’ve been working hard to get. Thanks for wasting a year of my time growing out my hair."
