"i have curly hair (3b) and had my hair cut by Mark. He seemed mad that he had a curly hair client before closing. Anyways the cut turned out horrific, clean place but definitely not for cutting curly hair AT ALL."

"This place used to be great, but they are going downhill fast. I started going here in 2015. Sarah used to do a great job with my hair, but since March 2023 it seems like she hasn't been putting effort into my haircut like she used to. Also, when I went here on Memorial Day weekend, a regular haircut cost $30. In a little over two months, the price of a regular haircut has gone up to $40! Are they actually trying to lose customers? I guess I'll have to start going to Town Barbershop in Herndon. A men's cut there is only $22."

"I went there to get a haircut. The place looks nice, the haircut was nothing like I wanted it, it was much shorter and he wasn't careful with a scar I have, which is why I told him not so short. The when I was paying, he requested a tip, and the website said $40, it didn't say $40+tip. I didn't get a good service or any extra treatment to pay for a tip. I'm not coming back there."

"I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this salon. The stylist, Mark, was disrespectful and rude. I asked for a business style haircut and showed him a few pictures. After cutting my hair for only 5 minutes, he asked if I liked it. I requested it to be a little bit shorter, and he became angry and yelled at me, saying that it was not a business hairstyle. He then proceeded to cut off almost 3/4 of my hair in just another 5 minutes. I do not recommend this salon or Mark's services."

"STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Of late, the quality is declining with Mark trying to cut the hair within 15 mins and not paying attention to the details. I have been using this barber ( Mark) since they started and all scissors cut. Somehow, for the last a few times, haircut is pretty ordinary like 25$ cut anywhere else. But I am paying 40$. I was a bit lazy to find a new barber and hence continued using this barber. Today when he finished the hair cut, I was not at all satisfied. Hence, I gave 3$ tip. He said they do not accept this and he asked me to change to 8$. Very rude attitude. I said tip can not be forced and it should come from the customer based on the quality of the work rendered. But he kept insisting by saying they won't accept this tip and want bigger amount. really a horrible attitude. finally changed to 5$ unwantedly and left the place. I will never visit again. This place does not offer anything premium but charges are too premium. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!"
