"So messed up in so many ways, don't even have breakfast sandwiches at 8:16 in the morning! But they've already cooked the chicken, hamburgers, pulled pork sandwiches and potato wedges for the afternoon crowd...unreal.... The lack of intelligence escapes me. "I work until 1:30am. I will come for booze and smokes on particularly bad days. I have come here past 2am in the past and have been sold alcohol. I come here 30 mins ago and get in the checkout line at 1:49am and I’m told I can’t buy alcohol past 1:45. Despite the fridges and everything being unlocked. I think this is a time where an exception could be made bc MD allows sales until 2am. Not with Fastop apparently! I get carded everywhere I go for cigarettes and the cashier didn’t ask for my ID for the smokes lol. But it’s not worth discussing an alcohol sale 4 mins past 1:45. Cannot believe this. At least be consistent in your timing! Again, Ive come here at 2am (and even at 3am!) and was sold. Or lock the beer fridges! If MD “allows” the sale until 2am, you should probably honor that. I asked if anything could be done, cashier said no. As I was walking out, the cashier mumbled something under their breath (dunno what it was, I genuinely wasn’t a Karen when I asked if anything could be done about 4 mins and still in the state’s approved time). I said “I’m sorry, what?” And she was like “nothing have a nice night” lol if you’re gonna deny me due to Johnny Gott’s rules, just tell me what you said! 4 minutes against Fastop “rules”. I’ve bought from here at 3am and nobody denied me lol. Be consistent, or have some wiggle room. Christ."
"I haven't been in this location for several years as it is the lowest class gas station I've ever seen. Unfortunately the staff are still rude and clueless to what customer service means. They ignore customers, chit chat amongst themselves and are otherwise lost in the moment. This is my second time back in a week just to see if anything has changed for the better. Still the same and my product is stale. So I will continue to spend my money and business elsewhere. Good luck Fastop."
