"I placed an order for two pairs of Heritage boots that they didn't have in stock, and needed to have shipped from other stores. Unfortunately, the boots came in with some issues. Peter at the Annapolis store agreed with me right away that there were some issues. He executed an exchange and will be ordering replacement pairs ASAP. Sometimes 'stuff' happens, but the difference is in how a business handles it. Peter agreed that their product should be held to a very high standard, and has done everything that can be done to make it right. The Annapolis store has excellent customer service, and I would gladly recommend them very highly."

If you are in need of some durable leather footwear of any type, I recommend you stop in. Might be a little more expensive than other brands but the quality and warranty is second to none!"
