"I ordered a pair of shoes online and went to pick them up afterwards. The process was very good, I received the email stating that the shoes were ready for pickup, went in tried them on and left. The young lady that waited on me was very helpful and courteous, made the process smooth and easy. I have bought several pairs of Skechers shoes lately as I find them very comfortable."
"I went in on Wednesday, September 6th, 2023. I went to the women's shoes first- I was thinking of bringing my mother by here at some point. One of the staff(didn't catch her name, but she was blonde), without even saying hello first, shouts "Are you looking for women's shoes?" I quietly replied, "No. Not really." She shouted, "Well that's not the men's shoes. They're on the other side of the store." I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt to retail workers, but the tone she used was pretty condescending. She didn't say anything else to me at all after that, either. Just one off the cuff, awkward remark. I wanted to ask if she thought I just fell off the turnip truck, but instead I just took a quick look at the men's shoes and left for Rack Room Shoes, where the employees greeted me like I wasn't an idiot."
