"I like this location. Has a variety of items for purchase. Opens late at nights and that is a plus. Just needs to be a little organized, but that's all Burlingtons. I love the store itself for my holiday and gift shopping."
"Really unfortunate experience as I used to love it here. Things have changed. They have added new security tags to every single item that are poorly placed and so they start to alarm when you just touch a jacket. Or shoes. Or shirt. Or look at it wrong. It happened like 13 times before I finally just left empty handed. I was outfit shopping too, ready to spend hundreds. Had to go elsewhere."
"This store is good but most of the times I go there I don’t even bother to get in when I see the lines. They have no staff taking care of costumers on check out. The lines are big and take around 20/25 min just for you to pay. I just left wothout buying 90 dollars worth things because there was only one cashier open and people had carts full of stuff. If they improve the customer service this store would be a 5 star for me."
"You know, it’s really sad when you can’t go into a store without feeling like you are a criminal. Me and my wife went yesterday and as soon as you walk in, you have to go through security at the door. They had these crowd control organizes blocking everyone and security had to lift it up As if that wasn’t bad enough…we were browsing the racks and security kept walking and standing at the end watching us as if we were thieves. After about 10 minutes of this, we put the few things we found back on the racks and left. We won’t be giving business to this place if they are going to treat everyone like criminals. I completely understand loss and prevention…needing to stop theft. However, there are much better ways to go about this. If you think I’m exaggerating, go check it out for yourself. I think everyone shout take pictures/videos and post them online for the world to see how ridiculous the Bowie Burlington is. The manager here needs to be replaced with someone that has intelligence."
