"Just leaving the store in Bowie Towne Center. Warren - the store manager is HORRIBLE. Bad customer service, arrogant and ignorant. He was training a young lady and I feel so sorry for her. She had more professionalism in her pinky finger than he had in his entire body. I needed shoes for a party that is tomorrow. The only shoes they had that fit had some glue and tackniess all over the heel. Warren tried to gaslight me into thinking this was acceptable and fine to sell. I disagreed with him and said sellable items are successful when the presentation is appealing. Warren tried to argue with me and then walked away. If I could write him up immediately I would. Won't be coming back."
