"I ordered a pair of lacrosse cleats online. Paid for expedited shipping. I contacted customer service due to the product had not been dropped at USPS until 5 days later and they blamed usps. Contacted again days later asking for my "expedited shipping" (total joke and waste of money. ) Then asked for additional pair to be sent due to "being lost by ups". No not our policy. NOW 8 days in and still no product!!! Horrible customer service and delivery! Save your time and money! Buy somewhere else!!!"
