"First time customer. Jeanne cut my hair, she did a great job no complaints. However, I booked a buzz cut for 24.00 dollars and got charged 30.00 for a "style" cut. There was no communication about the upcharge which really annoys me. It's not about the money just about the precedent of charging your clients more then what they booked with 0 communication."
