"I was very happy with my brief experience here, though their recommendation to go to Leva's Jewelers ended up being a bad referral. The pawn shop is clean and nicely organized. The gentleman I spoke with to sell my rings was lovely, frank, honest, and kind. He gave me good information and helped direct me where to go next and what to expect since I've never pawned anything valuable before. Really good guy, thank you for your help and direction! I will be back I'm sure."

"Business wasn't to bad until I was late on a payment but I called for the date I needed to pay on it by and they gave me the wrong date apparently. When I went in to pay on my account before the date they gave me and they had already sold the item and claimed that they could do nothing for me. So I recommend that u make multiple calls on due dates that way if one employee gives u the wrong date u won't lose your important personal belongings like I did. Who would think an employee would give you the wrong dates?? Apparently it sounds odd to me considering they kept wanting to buy my item as it was in high demand. So be careful and don't just take one employee's word if your calling because clearly that's not good enough. So sad that they did this. I'll Never give them Business again. I also recommend not trusting them with high demand items because of this. Was it really a mistake or did someone there purchase the item? I'd sure love to know."

"I wish i had the option to do no stars this places a joke got a laptop from them had in a couple days. Tried opening up it once. And the screen was coming apart and they said i did it like. They didnt even open it and look at it when I got it they didn’t erase the old people person stuff off of it. This place needs a new manager. Sorry but when you open a laptop, one time you don’t break it and have the screen peeling off, I will never buy another thing from this place again. They don’t deserve anybody’s business."
