"Ordering chairs from here felt more like a punishment than a purchase. First of all, they take 5 days to even acknowledge/confirm our order. THEN we get a phone call explaining the chairs were listed at half the price and we were expected to either pay double or get a refund. Then we work out a reasonable number given the mistakes on their end. THEN we have hundreds of dollars tied up in these chairs and NEVER RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER OR EMAIL. Two of the chairs were just delivered to my home at 7:30am on a Saturday!!! How could I even anticipate this??? Again, this experience was unprofessional. I called Melissa at the shop several times and spoke respectfully asking for a tracking number that I never received. They don’t deserve your business or your respect if this is how they operate."

Their commitment to customer service turned what could have been a bad shopping experience into a very positive one.
