"Jordan, the store manager who sold me the bed, was great and very helpful. I scheduled my bed's delivery and on the morning of the delivery I prepped the area where the bed was to be installed. That meant disassembling the bed frame and moving each piece elsewhere. Twenty minutes AFTER the delivery window opened, I got a call saying that they had to reschedule due to a technician emergency. Okay, that sucks but it's fine. They rescheduled the delivery for a week later. A week later, I used a vacation day so I could be home for the delivery. Ten minutes before the delivery window opened I got a call saying they had to reschedule due to a technician emergency again. At this point, it has become unacceptable. I can no longer trust that you'd be able to get a technician to my house if I were to start having problems with the bed. For that reason, I am cancelling my order if I can ever get through to your service number."
"I hate this bed, waste of thousands of dollars. We wake up to a deflated bed everyday. Even after calling support multiple times the problem is only fixed temporarily. The store associate mislead me during purchasing. He assured me that the bed would be low enough to the ground that my cats couldn't get underneath, absolutely lie. They chewed the wires that make the head rise, so that feature is also gone. We had to craft an additional base cover to keep them out. We pretty much have a glorified king size, 500+ pound, sleeping cot on the second floor level. Getting rid of it is gonna be such a hassle."

"Recently purchased a bed for my mother in an assisted living facility. The bed was delivered and not set up because they couldn’t be bothered to figure out why the bed wasn’t settling up properly. Really after spending thousands of dollars you expect better customer service."
