"Horrible service, been trying to get the right stair nose after they ordered the wrong stuff and weeks later I still have no stairs. Ready to return it all and go with someone reputable. I have been getting the we will call back or an email saying let me follow up and get back and NO ONE ever gets back to you. Getting to the point I am going to get legal counsel involved. Beware these people are scam artists. As you can see in the photos the planks do not even seal or align. I sent them photos and video and still have heard nothing back. Next is to load it all up and return the junk they tried to sell me. REPLY TO OWNER: Thank you for acknowledging the wait that I was put through. We were close to two months until the issue was resolved and I was refunded what I had paid. I am very unclear on what issues you could have had with the manufacturer, I went to their website and within two hours I had someone trying to do what they could for me. I will say the customer service I received from them, and not actually being their customer, was far superior to what I experienced at West Park. I would have never even written the first comment had you and/or your staff taken the time to call me or email me once a week with some kind of update, even an update saying you have no clue either, is better than dead silence. With dead silence, I feel I am not important to you, I feel you feel I am not important either. And during those two months I had two phone calls, one of which was you needing information from me and two emails to request pictures, some of the ones I have attached above. You say you are going to work on your customer service, I earnestly hope that you do. Otherwise, what can I say about West Park? Well the LVP we got from you is now over 90% installed, we absolutely love it! Our installer remarked about the quality of it and said they buy their's from your other store and that is why they could not understand how we got the product. But your product is the product of choice for my installer and my wife and I could not agree more with how it looks, ease of cleaning, etc... I will update back again with some pictures after the install is done and paint has been through (yes, we did that backwards, but I was not able to let people stand around with nothing to do either). And will try to remember to give a one year review on wear, I have 3 Dachshunds and 2 teenagers, not to mention family and guests, the traffic will be high, so I look forward to seeing how they fair."
