"The worst place in the Cumberland area. There's always some type of issue. You get there early, you stand outside and wait for the employee's to show up. You will wait almost anytime You go. Which thats not their fault but what is their fault is having 7 people waiting and one of the two employee's just up and disappeared for 20 minutes and came back smelling like weed. But the main reason for me to take the time to write this review is, after waiting almost exactly an hour, the woman who cut my hair messed it up so bad I had to go home and shave the rest off. She was very nice about screwing up my hair. But it was a true mess. I will never go back. And I highly recommend no one goes back unless you need a styling by Cheech and/or the incompetent."
