"I went into this store in my nasty work clothes. Not once was a judged or frowned upon. I don't get to erie much so when I do I always go into this store. The associates were wonderful to me helped me even offered to help me bring my things to my car with me. Now my experience after I left this amazing store was not so good. I will not mention the store name but I was judged and not helped at all. Great job to Kirklands starting with management on down. The Golden role treat others the way you want to be treated. U guts rocked it. Amazing job!!"

"I recommend that no one shop at Erie Kirkland's unless you WON'T return an item. It has been 3 months and this store never gave me my refund for a returned item. I have the receipt, spoke to their managers (which I guess 2 aren't the "real" manager according to them so a waste of time), and their customer service department is slower than a snail and don't give you any information or call back. Pretty much the in-store didn't void it properly and frankly don't care so they won't do anything for me, even though I have the receipt. I've been trying to get this fixed for months. So they still have an item that I technically OWN and neglect fixing my case. DON'T RETURN/SHOP THERE. Sad because they have great items, but maybe if they knew how to do their job properly and cared about giving money back, then they'd be good."

"I placed an order online for two prints. The prints came on the same day in two separate boxes (I believe they shipped on different days, which isn’t an issue); however, both boxes had the same print. I’ve emailed twice and attempted to call numerous times to resolve the issue with no response."

"This was a great experience! From the gentleman greeting everyone at the door to the customer service. I'm sorry I dont recall her name..( but the saleswoman with the hair shaved on the sides) went above and beyond for my mom. She told us to check our emails for a great coupon!! She brought over decor suggestions to match a picture my mom wanted. Other locations should take notes from this store."
