"I've been going to Tawanda since I was 18 years old I'm 38 over 20 years . Now my daughter goes to Tawanda to as well. I have never had one bad experience with Tawanda. She is very professional and the atmosphere their is wonderful. No gossiping goes on their and the majority of people that goes there have been clients of hers for years it's like a family their. She gets u in there and out within a few hours no extremely long wait soon as ur hair is dry she is ready to cut and curl. "I was a former employee of Tawanda Rodriguez at the Creative Look Salon. My experience at the Creative Look Salon was not a good one. Ms.Tawanda Rodriguez was not a good person to work for. Going into this situation I was under the impression that i was going to be there for a while. After a few months without any proper communication my employer decides to let me go through a voice message. She was not at all woman enough to have this conversation face to face or even through a phone call. Prior to me getting let go, I reached out to my former employer and everytime I called the salon phone the staff member who gave me false information picked up each time. I was given instructions from that staff member that i was not due to come in certain days and assist because their schedules had changed and they didn't need me those days. She also said she'd keep me posted for my schedule for the following week., then i get fired from following instructions. I was not given the opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings, etc. Her other staff worker, gave me bad information of what i think was intentional. Although, I've dealt with disrespect and attitude from her clients I still remained honest, loyal, and gave 110% into my job. I was mistreated, and used."
