"They did a terrible job on my dog gio. My girlfriend went in and asked for the second longest cut for winter and they gave him a razor cut. They also did not even him out in the underbelly and head, as well as feet. This was sloppy to say the least, very unprofessional and they have put my dog at risk of cuts and cold. These people are not experts and should not make decisions on how to cut other people’s dogs. I wish I could give a zero star review, please don’t go to this petsmart."
"Very unhappy with the groomers. They never pick up their phones. I made an appointment online and they were charging $5 more. I asked why and the woman couldn’t give me a good explanation. She said that it was because of the thanksgiving weekend but that’s not true cause even in the summer time it still shows the $5 up charge. Then she said that it was $5 more on the weekend (Friday,Saturday,and Sunday) which didn’t make sense cause it’s only Thursday. I’m not coming back to these groomers with little knowledge of what they’re selling plus they don’t try to help at all."
"I love coming to this place I usually find what I am looking for. Sometimes I do have issues with the other day I was looking for a particular stuffed animal . That the online system said that they had in stock but when I get there I am told none."
"It was my dog's first time getting groomed by a professional, Zoey did an amazing job and was super nice to me and my dog Bitsy, Thank you so much I'll definitely be a returning client now!"
