"I called ahead and was pleasantly surprised this little location had cakes. The staff was kind and speedy with writing on the cake as requested. It also wasn't busy this time of year, so i appreciated the peace and quiet."
"My friend ordered via grub hub and he got a call asking about an adaption to his order, because the establishment was out of an item he ordered. The number that called him was not the DQ’s number. I’m concerned as to who is calling my friend’s number? Who has his information? Are they calling from their own personal devices ? We are concerned that his information is being spread around. Very unprofessional!"
"I went through the drive through less than a week ago. A young lady with glasses and brown hair with blonde bits was really rude to me and kids. All of the rest of the KIDS has appropriate hats while she did not, very unsanitary. She was rushing me and was very blunt with her responses. The whole place is run by teenagers. This young lady was just especially inconsiderate and acting like a complete know it all."
"According to the manager, it is not their fault that you do not get what you order on the app. Apparently, they’re not really a corporate store, so they don’t have to follow the menu saying that you’re getting Homemade hidden valley ranch dressing. Instead you get packets of nasty bulk bought light dressing. Pass."
