"I will not return to this place, what a disappointment and apart from that I sent an email to customer service and they have not contacted me, I do not recommend this place at all, I was there last week and they sheared my hair when it was at my waist and put it up to my shoulders, I have evidence of the terrible job they did, my hair is completely disproportionate and shapeless, Don't you work with highly qualified personnel to do these types of procedures? what a deception. because they are always apologizing but they do nothing to correct our appearance, maybe it doesn't matter, as they say, then your hair grows disproportionately, then what is the service they offer, they only charge so that a client is not satisfied and therefore no returns. That's not good customer service."
