"I generally find shopping at Sally's a fairly pleasant experience. I usually know exactly what I want. Yesterday I had to make a run for my daughter for something I knew too little about. I had such a hard time explaining it to the associate, but she hung in there trying to help me figure it out, and without making me feel silly or stupid. Her recommendation ended up being even better than what I was sent to look for, so my daughter was pretty happy with it."
