"My friend and I asked for a regular and gel manicure. My gel manicure was the worst manicure I have ever had in my life. It took a total of 20 minutes. She used the most coarse file leaving my nails very rigid. I noticed she left out several steps including buffing and soaking. My cuticles grow fast so usually have a good bit cut out but she didn’t remove any! When she was painting my nails it was like she was barely touching my nails and left areas very thin. My friends nails looked like a kindergarten child had painted them. It truly was terrible. She removed her polish as soon as she got home. When I left, I could tell my nails were very tacky which should not be the case with gel. I even said something but she assured me they were fine. She even said the my nails were “too healthy” which is why the polish was not sticking. That was puzzling to me! I went home to shower and had three nails with half the paint coming off. We went back to the salon to get them touched up and the lady at the desk acted like she could care less offering no sympathy but a promise of $20 credit which will never be used. The next day, I found my nails even worse with several nails without polish. The girls were sweet but obviously need much more training and the lady at the desk needs more customer service training. It was actually very comical after all was said and done. But I will never go back and would not recommend"

"I came in for a full highlight. I already previously had full highlights. Two different colors of highlights. I just wanted a touch up since my roots did grow out. As seen in the pictures. The only issue I had was the blending of the old and the new, as well as a section that was not touched up at all. I did come back to have it fixed. It’s not the best, but it’s fine. $180.00 in total for this. First two pictures are from after the first visit. The other ones are after it was fixed, but all the pictures are AFTER the service. Super uncomfortable when I came back to have it touched up. Not a word was said. I wasn’t angry, I just wanted my hair to be fixed since I did pay a decent amount of money"
