"Don't come here for fashion colors. I came because a friend of mine had a good experience with their bright fashion colors. I asked for pastel pink and was told it was possible and that it would take 2-3 hours. I was here for six hours and left with hot pink hair that faded incredibly unevenly. I expressed my concern with not ending with the color I wanted and I was told "it'll fade" with no attempt at resolution."
