Dunkin'

"I ordered an ice coffee went out to the car only to find out wouldn't start. I called Dunkin doughnuts to tell them it would be hour or more before I could get my order . Girl said no problem that they would put it in the refrigerator until I got there."

"I have been a resident of Grove City for over 20 years. I frequent this store and get coffee here often but this will be my last trip. Today my wife, one year old son, and I received the worst customer service we have ever received in our lives. Natalie, and her shift lead, treated us with such disrespect that I cannot believe we paid money to buy coffee there. The coffees came out half full and we asked them to add some more cold brew to them. She gave us an attitude and told us she wouldn't. I told her that was that I cannot believe we paid money for the product they were delivering. The coffees came out half full and we asked them to add some more cold brew to. She then scoffed again, heightened her attitude and told us she wouldn't. I told her that was unacceptable and we would like her to fill the coffees up. Her attitude escalated even further, and I told her I would pull around come inside to get the remade coffees. Please see pictures of what we were given. Go to the Dunkin in slippery rock. They are friendly, helpful, and they know how to make a coffee. I do not recommend the store. Whoever hired the staff should seriously reconsider as they are not doing any favors for the business."

"Just stopped with my sister to get a coffee around 12:00pm on 8/20/23. Coffee is great and exactly what I ordered. Here’s the downside of this visit and why I’m writing this review…I pulled into the drive thru with my window cracked and saw a man outside with the back door open and I heard the crew complaining that 2 cars were pulling up. There were only 2 in front of us so it wasn’t busy by any means. I then pulled around to the window where a lady handed me my drink and didn’t say a single thing to me or my sister (in the car behind me). No greeting or answer when I said thanks or have a nice day. She just ignored me and turned her back and walked away. I usually give tips but the crew made us feel very unwanted there. Always have problems when I come to this location that I can usually look past but the attitude today was unacceptable. I work in the food industry so I know some days can be hard but you can’t treat costumers the way they just did. If you don’t like having to serve your costumers for the 5 seconds we are there then you should consider a career change and not work with the public. I will not be back.."

"Stopped for a quick coffee and bagel before heading to the outlets. Coffee was just the right temp, bagel had a great taste and service was nice. Thanks!"

"Was excited by initial experiences here but I have to edit the review as service and atmosphere have deteriorated over time. It seems there isn't enough allotment of staff for work that is needed. Often donuts are stale tasting and there's a general feeling that staff has to rush and aren't able to give customer attention beyond 'here's your item'."
