"I have always had pretty good results from going to Hair Cuttery. I am relatively low maintenance so I usually only get a shampoo and cut. WELL that all changed on Saturday December 9, 2023. I made my appointment online with any staff. I arrive on time and I am assigned Yvonne. My Hair was down to the top of my butt, I told Yvonne where I wanted my hair to be cut, which was about 6"-8" of hair, which would land mid-back. She did a dry cut at the spot on my back where I indicated I wanted the length to fall, she didn't consider the fact my hair is naturally curly. When it was all said and done, my hair is barely touching my shoulders. I am borderline upset about this, my hair does grow really fast so I know that it will be half way down my back in no time. I do feel like she needs to pay attention better the customers wants. I just want to make sure that others know to be explicitly clear on what they want. Lastly, they didn't throw my hair away, someone took it home with them, is this standard practice? I know that it couldn't be used for locks of love or whatever because it was dyed hair and pretty dry. I won't be using this location for further hair cuts."

"I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to in this case. I went to Hair Cuttery for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I booked a signature cut with Lori based on the reviews. I walked in at about 2:55pm (five minutes before my scheduled appointment time), and I walked out at 3:10. In roughly 15 minutes, Lori washed and conditioned my hair, cut off about six inches, cut a new layer pattern that perfectly fits my wavy/curly hair type, and even used some curl styling spray for a finishing touch. When I say it was like a styling montage from a movie about an ugly girl getting a makeover for the school dance, that's the best description I can give for my visit. I still love my haircut almost two weeks later, and Hair Cuttery has earned a loyal customer as long as Lori's working there!"

"We love this Hair Cuttery. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Gigi is our go to stylist and she does an amazing job with our son's hair. Even teaching us the correct terms for things, like a hard part. We love Gigi."

"Services: Haircut, highlights Absolute disaster. Gigi did highlights from half of my head and on top of that she damaged my hair. My hair was absolutely ruined by from bleach. I had to go in again, so she corrects what she did, as highlights looked like they were done 2 months ago because of none of them was even. However, the color she used was lighter than my hair. She doesn't know how to blend highlights. She didn't even know to do a proper haircut. I don't know how people get hairstyling jobs here when they lack education. I will never go there again. Beacon center Hair cuttery will not see me again, that's for sure. The middle of my hair is now like spider web, melted."
