"The food was good we got waited on right away. If I had to say if there was any thing they could improve on I would say our waitress, although very nice, never offered warm bread to our table and looking around at the other tables the other waitresses were offering their tables this bread. I saw our waitress wait on two other tables and not one table was offered warm bread. She also forgot to bring our salads that we had ordered until after our meal was actually served and only refilled our drinks once."

"Definitely has changed for the worse since the new manager took over awhile back. They couldn't care less about people ordering to-go and make it painfully obvious. They REFUSE to post their daily specials online like they used to. Want to order the soup of the day online with one of their regular menu items? Well you better hope it's something you like, because just like the daily specials, they don't post the soup of the day online anymore either (but you can order it). So who knows what kind of soup you'll be getting. Think you can simply call to find out? Hah, good luck getting through since the line's always "busy" every time I've tried to call. I feel like they would change this if they really cared about those who have to order takeout due to not having enough time to sit down and eat. It really is a shame. The Log Cabin Inn and Rachel's Roadhouse in Butler (same restaurant group) puts their daily specials/soup of the day online every single day, but this Springfield Grille location simply can't be bothered to do so since the new manager took over. They used to to be really on top of this."

"Joss, Thank you for taking good care of us yesterday at our Toastmasters leadership dinner. Also, thank you for taking this fabulous picture of us to commemorate the evening. My husband, James, with the handlebar mustache said that you were the BEST server he’s ever had. That is a huge compliment, because he is a ‘tough customer’. James has high standards and expects the BEST wherever he goes. He stated that you were very attentive & you always kept our drinks flowing. That is always #1 on his checklist for servers at any restaurant. You always spoke clearly & you carry yourself with confidence & class. You asked if we wanted dessert & then you doubled down to see if anyone wanted to take dessert home with them. That was an excellent suggestion & we thoroughly enjoyed you as our server. 8/27/23"

"This place doesn't ever disappoint. We went out for dinner as a family and had a fantastic meal with a very friendly and attentive server. I decided to do a small plates dinner of appetizers and I was so glad I did. My wife ordered the Fillet Oscar which she says was also fantastic! Their seasonal cocktails were also a pleasure and similarly never disappoint. Well worth the trip (although it tends to be on the pricier side)."
