"i went in tonight to get my eyebrows done and i asked to get them cleaned up and they took my thick eyebrow and made it into a pencil line then when i said they’re way too thin for me she blamed it on me and said i moved, i come here all the time to get my eyebrows done and this is the worst experience i’ve ever had, she only offered me 20% off and sent me out the door. I’m very upset i cant even stand the fact of me looking at myself and it’s even worse my eyebrows take months to grow back in :/"

"My girlfriend received a horrible haircut after explaining multiple times what she wanted. After the cut was finished she expressed her dissatisfaction. They refuse to refund her money she came back the next day talked to the manager and the manager gave her attitude and refused to refund the money. There's a Great clips in the same plaza go there never use SmartStyle."
"I went in to get some highlights and a cut and was scared because no one has ever touched my hair before ,other than family. Tori was my stylist and she did amazing! She explained everything she did before she did it and helped calm my nerves! Their prices are fair and the people are great! Truly an underrated salon! Highly recommend!"
